Spiced Flower Conch

Ingredients: snails (washed), sliced ginger, garlic (chopped), green onions

Put the cleaned snails down into a pot of clean water

Then, put the ginger slices to boil, remove

Put in the dish

Then, put the chopped garlic and green onions

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

Add 2.5 tablespoons light soy sauce
8.
Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

Add 0.5 tsp salt

Season to mix well, serve.
