Spiced Fried Fish Nuggets

Tips:
1. Add the fish cubes to the flour, mix well, and rinse. The flour can absorb the blood and bacteria on the fish cubes, which can make the fish cleaner and clearer;
2. After the fish pieces are fried, heating the oil temperature again can force out the excess oil in the fish pieces. You can also heat up the oil after filling it out, and pour it into the fry for a while to remove it;
3. The fish cubes have been fully marinated and can be eaten after being fried. They can also be stewed in soups or stews. The taste is good.
