Spiced Peanuts

Cut celery and carrots into small pieces, blanch them and remove them.

Add green onion knots, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves.
3.
Put in peanuts, add light soy sauce and chicken essence, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes to remove.
