Spiced Peanuts
1.
Wash the surface of peanuts carefully

Use the handles of the scissors to make a small mouthful of the peanuts
3.
Wash the star anise, pepper, cinnamon and bay leaves separately
4.
Cut ginger into large slices and set aside
5.
Put the peanuts in the pot, add enough water, star anise, bay leaves, pepper, cinnamon, salt

Add some black pepper
7.
Add five spice powder
8.
Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes
Tips:
① The soil on the surface of peanut shells is not easy to clean. Add some starch and scrub together to better remove the soil on the surface.
②Open the peanuts just for more delicious taste, you can omit this step if you find it troublesome
③Don't rush out the peanuts after they are cooked. Leave them in the pot to soak for a few hours for their flavor. The longer the soaking time, the more flavorful the peanuts will be.
