Spiced Salted Edamame

Try to buy fresh and plump edamame

Add an appropriate amount of salt to wash the hairs of the edamame skin

Use scissors to cut off the two corners of the edamame so that it is easy to taste

Cut off a little bit on both sides

1 piece of cinnamon! 3 bay leaves, a dozen peppercorns, 2 star anise, 1 grass fruit, a dozen fennel, 1 tablespoon of salt,

Put all the spices in the soup pot, then add the right amount of water and boil for 5 minutes to fully release the flavor of the spices!

Add edamame and cook for another 10 minutes. Don't cover the lid during the cooking process to get rid of the beany flavor! Cook and turn off the heat! After soaking for another 10 minutes, take it out and eat.
