Spiced Water Chestnut

After soaking the water chestnut for 30 minutes, use a waste toothbrush to wash off the mud on the surface of the water chestnut and the crevices.

Prepare all spices.

Put it in a pot, add salt, cooking wine, spices, pour water full of water chestnut, cover and cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

After it's cooked, take it out and eat it. It's powdery and fragrant.
