Spicy Anchovy Shrimp Balls

Peel the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread for later use. Cut the back of the shrimp, then cut a small hole from the tail of the shrimp, and pass the tail through the hole.

Tips:
1. Shrimp balls are easy to scratch your hands in the process of making, so be sure to take your time;
2. The hole on the back of the shrimp is not easy to open too much, otherwise the shrimp ball will not be easy to form;
