Spicy and Crispy Cucumber

Prepare cucumber, ginger, single garlic, and dried red pepper.

Prepare ginger vinegar, cold soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Shred ginger, garlic, and red pepper.

Stir the ginger and garlic with vinegar and cold soy sauce into a sauce for later use.

Wash the cucumber, remove the flesh, and cut into thick strips.

The cucumbers are pickled with appropriate amount of salt.

Squeeze the water and put it on a plate for later use.

Pour the sauce on the cucumber.

Heat oil in a pot, add red pepper shreds, and fry out red oil. Pour the fried red pepper and chili oil on the cucumber and mix well.
Tips:
1. Wash the cucumber, remove the flesh, cut into strips, and pickle it with salt. It will be crisper.
2. After the oil is hot, you can turn off the fire and fry the red pepper, which is fragrant and spicy and not easy to paste.
