Spicy and Delicious Boiled Beef

Remove the fascia from the beef tenderloin.

Cut the beef into thin slices.

Use starch, salt, cooking wine and eggs to marinate the cut meat for 20 minutes.

Pick and wash the rapeseed.
5.
Put oil in the pot, add sesame pepper and crushed chili, sauté on low heat until fragrant, remove and set aside.

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry until broken.

Put the fried rapeseed in a large bowl.

Fill the pot with additional oil, add pickled pepper and Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to get the red oil.

Add green onion and ginger and stir fry for a fragrant.

Add proper amount of broth or water, add proper amount of salt, and bring to a boil.

Boil the marinated beef slices in water one by one.

When everything is boiled, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
13.
Pour all on top of the large bowl of vegetables.
14.
Sprinkle fried sesame pepper and chopped chilli on top of the meat slices.
15.
Put oil in another pot, add dried chili and fry until fragrant.
16.
Pour it on the meat while it is still hot.
Tips:
Cut beef slices as thin as possible. The cooking time should not be too long.
