Spicy and Refreshing Double Pepper Radish

Wash the radishes and peel them.

Change the knife to a rectangular shape.
3.
Cut the square radish into slices.
4.
Put the radish slices on the plate.
5.
Sprinkle the red and yellow pickled peppers evenly on the radish slices.
6.
Put it in a steamer, steam for 10 minutes and pour out the soup.
7.
Fill the wok with oil and saute the peppercorns.
8.
Pour it on the steamed radish while it is hot.
Tips:
The pickled peppers are very salty, do not add salt and chicken essence.
