Spicy and Spicy Lotus Root Slices

Cut the lotus root into slices and wash.

Boil in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes.

Take out the cold water aside.

Wash the green garlic sprouts and cut them into small pieces.

Tips:
Do not cook the lotus root slices for too long, as they are crispy and more delicious.
Laoganma sauce paper bags are better than bottled ones.
Green garlic sprouts can't be less, this is the main flavor.
