Spicy Bean Sprouts

Wash the bean sprouts, add a little salt, and blanch the chicken essence in water.

Cut green onions into long strips, cut coriander into sections, and slice green peppers for later use.

Heat the oil, add the peppercorns and fry them until fragrant, then pull out, leaving only the pepper oil.

Add the green pepper to taste.

Tips:
If you like, you can add a small amount of very fresh flavor, or drop a small amount of sesame oil, depending on your own taste.
