Tips:
1. The meat for beef jerky does not need to be cooked for a long time, it can be cooked thoroughly;
2. When stir-frying, turn on a small fire and slowly stir-fry the water vapor;
3. Add chili powder, pepper powder, and cumin powder according to your own taste. Generally speaking, the amount of pepper powder is one-third of chili powder, otherwise it will be very numb. This is done according to personal taste.
