Spicy Beef Roasted Potatoes

Beef cut into pieces, potatoes peeled, washed and cut into pieces, soaked in light salt water for later use

Prepare the bean paste, star anise, pepper, ginger slices, and minced spicy millet for later use. Boil the beef, remove and rinse for later use

Pour an appropriate amount of base oil into the oil pan and cook until 70% hot, add ginger slices and star anise, and saute the pepper

Add bean paste and millet and stir fragrantly

Pour the beef and stir fry for 3 minutes

Add about 1000ml of water, add a teaspoon of light soy sauce, and a half teaspoon of pepper

Change to medium and small fire from high fire (about 50 minutes)
