Spicy Beef Tripe

Prepare ingredients for later use.

Shred the venetian leaves, shred the onion, and cut the parsley into small pieces.

Put salt, chicken powder, white vinegar, light soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil in a small bowl and mix well.

Pour coriander and onion into the tripe shreds.
5.
Pour the adjusted juice, stir evenly, and then serve. (If you don’t like spicy taste, you can leave out the chili oil)

The finished picture is hot and sour and refreshing.
