Spicy Beef with Golden Needle

Soak the enoki mushrooms and wash them several times and squeeze the water. Finely chop green onions. Ginger slices are optional.

Stir-fry the enoki mushrooms in a hot pan with hot oil for a while.

Stir in dried chili and red bean paste and stir well.

Add a small bowl and half a bowl of water, and put the fat cow on top.
