The characteristic of this dish is seasoning, and the key is the preparation of the sauce. Spicy Bitter Gourd Strips

1. Main and auxiliary materials: bitter gourd, Chinese pepper, crushed cooking wine

3. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil. Add bitter gourd strips and blanch until broken
