Spicy Bitter Gourd Strips

Main and auxiliary materials: bitter gourd, Chinese pepper, crushed cooking wine

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the flesh, and cut into strips

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil. Add bitter gourd strips and blanch until broken
