Spicy Bitter Gourd Strips

Ingredients: Bitter melon seasoning: oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, chili, sesame.

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the flesh, and cut into strips. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil. Add bitter gourd strips and blanch until broken.

Remove and put in a container, add salt and MSG to taste. After mixing evenly, let it marinate for 10 minutes until it reaches the bottom flavor.

To make spicy sauce: Put oil in a pot, add aniseed, cinnamon, and pepper, sauté them over a low heat to fragrant. Then remove the aniseed, cinnamon and pepper, reduce the oil temperature to 50% hot, pour it into a bowl with sesame and chili powder, mix it well and let it cool.

Take the pickled bitter gourd and put it on a plate.

Pour the spicy sauce and serve. You can eat it as a dip or mix well.
Tips:
Add salt and oil to the boiling water of blanching bitter gourd to make bitter gourd crisp, green and bright.
