I wanted to make a boiled fish a week ago! But I have been busy reading books and have no time to do it. Now I have a short holiday. Just do it. It just so happened that a little guest came to the house. Hahaha... it's delicious.

Spicy Boiled Fish

1. The black fish is cut clean and sliced into fillets. Chop the fish bones and fish skin separately! (I usually buy fish in the vegetable market, and the boss will help you chop it and slice it into slices, so that I will save a lot of trouble)

2. Marinate the fish with cooking wine, salt and starch for ten minutes!

3. Wash the morning peppers, dried peppers and star anise and prepare, slice the garlic for later use!

4. Serve two spoons of bean paste and set aside, wash the bean sprouts and set aside

5. Wait for the water to open into the bean sprouts and cook for two minutes. Set aside and drain the water for later use.

6. Put vegetable oil in the pot, add the bean paste and stir fry until the oil is hot.

7. Add chili, garlic, peppercorns and star anise later. Stir fry!

8. Then add some water to boil

9. Put the fish head and bones first after the water is boiled. Wait to boil again!

10. After boiling for the second time, add fish and bean sprouts. Stir it appropriately. Prevent the fish from sticking.

11. Add the right amount of salt and soy sauce. Cook for three minutes and then get up. Put it in the casserole (the bowl can’t fit, so put it in the casserole)

12. In the last step, add vegetable oil in a separate pot, heat up, and pour in the peppers and peppercorns that have not been used up before. After the aroma is burned, pour it on the fish. The fragrant boiled fish is ready!

13. Complete color and fragrance
