Spicy Boiled Fish

The black fish is cut clean and sliced into fillets. Chop the fish bones and fish skin separately! (I usually buy fish in the vegetable market, and the boss will help you chop it and slice it into slices, so that I will save a lot of trouble)

Marinate the fish with cooking wine, salt and starch for ten minutes!

Wash the morning peppers, dried peppers and star anise and prepare, slice the garlic for later use!

Serve two spoons of bean paste and set aside, wash the bean sprouts and set aside
