Spicy Braised Duck Wings
1.
Wash the duck wings and poke them with a fork to marinate them. Then marinate two spoons of soy sauce, two teaspoons of white wine, peppercorns, crushed ginger, and green onions for more than half an hour.
2.
Pour the old brine that you used to braise the meat in the pot, a bowl of water, and add a tablespoon of extra-grade soy sauce, chili, peppercorns, a teaspoon of thirteen spices, and a tablespoon of white wine to boil.
3.
Add the marinated duck wings, green onions and ginger.
4.
Bring to a boil, medium and small fire slowly.
5.
Cook for about an hour, use chopsticks to poke the duck wings, and then remove the green onions.
6.
Finally install the plate.
