Spicy Braised Pork Feet

Blanch the pig's feet in water, soak the mushrooms until soft, wash the oily tofu and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir fragrant garlic, dried chili, star anise and cinnamon.

Add pork feet and stir fry.

Stir-fry the pig's feet until a little golden brown.

Put the fried pork knuckles in a slow cooker.

Add the right amount of water until the pig's feet have passed; continue to add the mushrooms.

Add the braised soy sauce and light soy sauce and mix well.

Use high heat in a slow cooker, add hard-boiled eggs to a boil and continue to simmer for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add the oily tofu and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
