Spicy Braised Vegetarian Two Ding

Cut lettuce into small cubes, tofu into small cubes, mince pepper and garlic, and chop garlic sprouts into small pieces.

Marinate the chopped lettuce with half of a small half-spoonful of salt for two minutes.

Take a pot to boil water, wait for the water to boil, add the tofu and boil for two minutes, take it out and set aside.

Put a little oil in the wok and heat the oil, then add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Wait until the garlic is fragrant, add the minced chili and the remaining salt, and saute over a low heat for 1 minute.

Rinse the marinated lettuce with water, remove the salt and drain, add it to the sauteed chili and stir fry with the tofu.
