Spicy Cabbage Baked Rice

Cut pork belly into small pieces; chop spicy cabbage; mince green onion and coriander;

Add a little oil to the pot, add the pork belly and stir until the oil is slightly browned;

Remove excess oil, add spicy cabbage and stir well;

Pour in rice and stir-fry, add green onion and coriander;
