Tips:

The spicy cabbage fried rice we usually eat outside usually puts the fried egg on top of the rice, but I personally like to chop it up and fry it with the rice. It is more delicious and delicious.
It’s best to use overnight rice. I don’t need to talk about it because the water in overnight rice is low. Besides, there will be some soup in the spicy cabbage, so if you don’t like too spicy, you can choose not to put the spicy sauce. If you feel the taste is weak, Just add some salt to taste, I added the hot sauce and felt it tasted enough, so I didn't need to add additional salt.
