I used organic cauliflower today. This variety of cauliflower is more fragrant than the local cauliflower, and has no earthy smell.

Spicy Cauliflower

1. Heat the pot and add salad oil;

2. Add another spoonful of Lao Gan Ma;

3. Stir-fry evenly, add cauliflower, continue to stir-fry;

4. Add salt, soy sauce and a small amount of water and cook for about five minutes;

5. Just add the right amount of pepper before serving.

Tips:

1. If you have pork belly at home, you can add more pork belly to make it more fragrant;
2. Don't cook cauliflower for too long, it won't taste good if it is soft.
