Spicy Chicken

Dice chicken thighs and marinate with salt, black pepper, cooking wine, cornstarch and sugar.

Put ginger, glutinous rice cake and chili in a hot oil pan, and stir-fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add spicy watercress and stir fry to get the flavor.

Add marinated chicken, stir fry with cooking wine and mature.

Add green onions, edible!
Tips:
The marinated chicken and watercress have a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt or soy sauce in the later stage, otherwise it will be too salty.
