Spicy Chicken
1.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate for 10 minutes with cooking wine, salt and starch

Cut the green pepper into small dices
3.
Stir-fry the chicken in a hot pan with cold oil
4.
Pour the green pepper in the scallion pan and stir fry a few times
5.
Pour in the fried chicken, add water, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, minced garlic and stir-fry well.
Tips:
1. When frying chicken, you can add a little less water so that the fried chicken will be more tender and smooth
