Spicy Chicken Feet
1.
To treat the chicken feet, wash the chicken feet you bought, chop off your nails, and cook them in a pot with cold water. If you like them, you can cook them longer and freeze them in the refrigerator.
2.
Chop the green onion, mince the ginger and garlic together, mince the chili, and wash the star anise and cinnamon (add more and less as you like).
3.
Oil the wok, heat it up, add star anise and cinnamon to fry until fragrant, add chicken feet and fry.
4.
Add ginger, garlic and chili and stir fry together to create a fragrance.
5.
After stir-fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce and stir-fry for a while, add salt and stir-fry for a while.
6.
Finally, add the chives, add a little water to a boil, or add some coriander and stir well.
Tips:
I like peppers. The morning peppers I put are grown by the people themselves. They are very spicy. Originally, my husband said he wanted to drink some beer, but when I saw that I put so many peppers, he said you didn’t want me to eat them, and then served them to the table. I tried it when I clipped it and put it down immediately. He said that you can eat as much as you want 😅️No way, he doesn't like spicy food.
