Spicy Chicken Gizzards

The chicken gizzards that I bought, opened the package and felt not very fresh, soak them in cold water.

The soaked chicken gizzards need to be carefully cleaned. There are still a lot of dirty things inside, which are not cleaned up. They are cleaned and sliced.
