Spicy Chicken Gizzards

Wash the chicken gizzards, put cold water into the pot, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Add green onion, ginger and aniseed pepper

Bring to a boil, simmer on low heat, and add all the seasonings.

Add chili powder when ripe

Stir fry

Turn off the heat after collecting the juice
