Spicy Chicken Head

Main and auxiliary ingredients: chicken head, red pepper, five-spice powder

Wash the chicken heads.

Put the chicken heads in a pot with cold water, boil for 2 minutes, remove and rinse for later use.

Wrap the five-spice powder tightly with gauze.

Boil water in a pot and add red pepper.

Then put the five-spice powder in a cloth bag. Cook for 10 minutes.

Put in spare chicken heads.

Add a little dark soy toning.

After boiling, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

After turning off the heat, soak in the original soup for more than 2 hours.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. The soaking is to ensure full spiciness.
2. Be sure to cook the spiciness of the pepper first.
