Spicy Chicken Jane

Put the ginger, spring onion, star anise, salt, rice wine and chicken in a pot and cook for 30 minutes.

Mince the garlic, chili, coriander and spring onion while cooking the chicken.

Take out the bowl of chili oil and add the chopped green onions, garlic, coriander and minced chili.

Put sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
5.
After the chicken is cooked, take it out and slice it for later use.
6.
Use a small spoon to slowly scoop out the chili sauce and pour it on the chicken.
