Spicy Chicken Noodles

Prepare cilantro, green onion, green cabbage, chicken noodles and spare hand-rolled noodles to taste even more!

The spicy red oil fried in advance is slightly spicy.

Cut coriander into sections, and diced shallots for later use.

Add two spoons of Wei Ji Xian soy sauce, one spoon of sesame sauce, one spoon of salted chicken essence, the right amount of chopped green onions and half according to personal taste. Add vinegar or not!

Tips:
