Spicy Clam
1.
Wash clams spit with water
2.
Put in boiling water and copy the opening (Put a few slices of ginger in the water to remove the fishy)
3.
Remove the dry water after opening
4.
Saute ginger and garlic in hot oil
5.
Add chili rings and glutinous rice balls and stir fry until fragrant
6.
Pour in the clams and stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce and seasoning to get out of the pan
