Spicy Crab Ye Yiqian Handmade

Prepare 7-8 hairy crabs and clean them for later use.

Prepare all seasoning ingredients: green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, chopped pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, vinegar, starch, and pepper.

Cut the crab into pieces, add appropriate amount of pepper, cooking wine, salt, starch, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
