Spicy Crayfish

Clean the crayfish for later use.

The seasonings and side dishes are ready, and the stew will be mixed together in the market. A small handful is enough, and the taste of hemp is added with the amount of pepper.

Stir-fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic in a frying pan to create a fragrance.

Add onion and stir fry for a while.

Add crayfish and fry until reddish.

Add 5 tablespoons of bean paste and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir fry evenly until red.

Add beer without crayfish.

Bring to a boil over high heat and add the cut asparagus. Reduce the heat to reduce the juice. The remaining 1/3 of the soup can be taken out of the pot.

Tips:
Forgot to buy green chili so I used asparagus instead. The crayfish soup with noodles is also delicious.
