Spicy Crispy Cod

Frozen cod fillets, thawed naturally, washed with scales, changed into small pieces, soaked up the water, and marinated with ginger, spring onions, cooking wine, pepper, and salt for about ten minutes.

Add egg whites and flour to make a crisp paste, and prepare corn flour;

Put the pieces of cod into the crispy paste and mix well;

Cod fillets are covered with cornmeal.
