Spicy Crispy Shrimp

Wash and drain the Arctic Sweet Shrimp, put it in a clean stainless steel basin, add starch, minced ginger, black pepper, and oyster sauce in sequence. Grab it well, set aside and marinate for 10 minutes to taste.

Cut parsley and dried red pepper into sections, smash the garlic, and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the marinated shrimps and start frying until the shrimps are golden on both sides, then remove them for later use. The shrimp oil after fried shrimp can be used for stir-frying side dishes for a while.

Tips:
The prawns are deep-fried beforehand, so you don’t need to stir-fry for a long time, just stir them quickly. In addition, try not to put water in, so as not to affect the crispy texture!
