The neighbor's uncle brought back a large bag of fried dace from his hometown for us to try.

Chop the ginger, garlic and chili finely and set aside.

Heat the pan, add oil, fry the ginger, garlic and chili diced.

After sautéing ginger, garlic and chili diced, add water, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, and bring to a boil again.

After the simple spicy sauce is boiled, put the deep-fried dace in it.

Turn the heat to a low heat for about ten minutes, and then the high heat will collect the juice slightly.
