Spicy Dried Tofu

Get the materials ready.

Change the tofu skin into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil and let the oil temperature to about 180 degrees.

Pour the dried tofu into the pot.

Fry the dried tofu over low heat. Then use a small bowl to set aside.

Put some oil in the pot, add the peppercorns after the oil temperature is 180 degrees. Stir-fry the peppercorns for a delicious flavor.

After the pepper fry the aroma, add the spicy noodles. Stir fry the spicy noodles slightly.

Put the fried dried tofu into the pot and stir fry on low heat.

Stir-fry the dried tofu, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salt to taste

Tips:
1. Thousands of tofu skins here are changed into slices. If you like to eat shreds, you can shred them.
2. What I put here is spicy noodles. If you can't eat that spicy noodles, you can put some sweet noodle sauce.
3. How to put the spicy tofu shreds overnight, please wrap it well, otherwise the dried tofu will dry out the next day.
4. The spicy noodles here are salted, so put less salt when they are out of the pot.
