Spicy Dry Stir-fried Chicken

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Wash the chicken, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, pepper oil, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the green pepper and cut into diagonal sections.

Cut small red peppers into sections and slice garlic.

The garlic sprouts are cut into small pieces, and the garlic heads and garlic leaves are separated.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add the chicken and stir dry with water. The chicken skin is just a little oily.
