Spicy Duck Blood Pot

Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots and break into small flowers

Wash the crab mushrooms and remove the roots

Wash the white jade mushroom and remove the root

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut them into large sections and then into thick slices

Duck blood is removed from the packaging and cut into thick slices

Wash celery and cut diagonally into small pieces

Garlic slices

Cut garlic sprouts into sections

Stir-fry the garlic in a hot pot with cold oil, add the hot pot base ingredients, pour in boiling water and bring to a boil

Add enoki mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, seafood mushrooms, and eryngii mushrooms in turn and boil

Add duck blood, salt, sugar to taste

Finally, add celery and garlic sprouts to serve
Tips:
The duck blood should be put last to avoid breaking it when stirred.
