Spicy Duck Breast

Cut the duck breast into appropriate size, add two tablespoons of cooking wine, appropriate amount of pepper, marinate for 15 minutes to remove fishy.

While the meat is marinating, prepare the side dishes. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob. Chop garlic, shred ginger, wash Chaotian pepper, and wash cinnamon.

Tips:
1. If you want to eat more spicy, you can cut the Chaotian pepper and stir-fry in the pot. When I fry, the Chaotian pepper is whole.
2. The duck meat can be marinated in advance to get rid of the fishy smell.
