Spicy Duck Gizzards
1.
The frozen duck gizzards I bought can be thawed in the refrigerator in advance, or soaked in water to thaw, and washed carefully after thawing. If you buy fresh duck gizzards, clean the yellow part of the duck gizzards.
2.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the light luxury wok. The water can be covered with the duck gizzards. Put a few slices of ginger and bring to a boil.
3.
After the water boils, cover the pot and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
4.
Open the lid and check the duck gizzards when they are almost cooked. They are almost cooked until the duck gizzards have changed color. You will need to cut and fry them later.
5.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the cooked duck gizzards, rinse them carefully with clean water, and put them on a plate.
6.
Take a chopping board and a knife that specialize in cooked food, and use the knife to cut the duck gizzards into pieces.
7.
Pour out the water in the light luxury non-stick wok, heat it over a medium-to-low heat, and then pour peanut oil.
8.
After the oil is hot, pour the spicy sauce pot seasonings and stir fry until fragrant with a silicone spatula.
9.
Then pour in the sliced duck gizzards and continue to stir fry with a silicone spatula until you like it. I like it chewy. Fortunately, non-stick pan-fried dishes like this don't have any fumes.
Tips:
1. I use the ready-made spicy hot pot seasoning. You can also add chili to your taste.
2. Be careful not to dry the non-stick wok, please use a wooden spatula or a silicone spatula.
