Spicy Duck Gizzards

Buy fresh duck gizzards at the supermarket.

First prepare the marinade water, I made it myself, you can also use the marinade bag instead.

Bring the marinade to a boil, add the duck gizzards to a high heat and cook for 10 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes. Chopsticks can pierce through.

The cooked duck gizzards are taken out and cooled in ice or cold water to make the meat firmer. More chewy.

Cut the ginger into thin strips, mince the garlic, and shred the red pepper. Slice the duck gizzards horizontally.
6.
Prepare sesame oil, five-spice powder and watercress juice.

Stir all the ingredients evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.
