Spicy Enoki Mushroom

Wash enoki mushrooms, remove the roots, and cut into slices.

Pour oil in a casserole, add green onions and garlic and fry until fragrant.

Add the spicy sauce and stir fry until aromatic.

Add enoki mushrooms.

Put some spicy sauce on top of the enoki mushroom and stir well.

Pour the light soy sauce.

Cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes to soften the enoki mushrooms.

After stirring well, collect the soup, add red pepper diced and coriander.
Tips:
1. Mala Tang has salt in the base material, and light soy sauce is added, so there is no need to add salt.
2. After the pot is covered, the enoki mushroom will produce juice, so the final juice must be collected on a high fire.
3. Wear it on a bamboo stick and eat it more fragrant.
