Spicy Enoki Mushroom with Beef Tendon
1.
Cut the braised beef tendon into thick slices. If the cut is too thin, it won't have the taste of Q bombs.
2.
After blanching the enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots and drain the water.
3.
Add salt, chili oil, pepper oil, sugar, chicken powder and mix well.
4.
Add the rubbed cucumber shreds and mix well.
5.
Add beef tendon and mix well. Salt is already added when braising the beef tendon, so there is no need to add salt.
