Spicy Escargot

Put the snails in the basin and change the water more during the time to let them spit out the mud.

Cut off the lower part of the escargot. Wash with salt water.

Tips:
1. Generally hot sauce can remove fishy and enhance the flavor, so the cooking wine is not put.
2. There is no hot sauce, you can also use dried red peppers.
3. Wash the treated snails with salt water to remove some parasites, so fried snails must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
