Spicy Fish Cubes
1.
Wash the grass carp after buying it (the grass carp is too big, I only bought half of it. When buying it, the store will help to remove the internal organs and scrape off the scales)
2.
Prepare dried chili, dried Chinese pepper, green onion, ginger strips, garlic slices
3.
Cut grass carp into small pieces, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, Xinhe June braised soy sauce and a little white pepper
4.
Stir well and marinate for about 20 minutes
5.
Add cornstarch and mix well before frying
6.
Pour more oil into the pot, and then add a little salt (for splash-proof effect)
7.
Heat the oil on a high fire and put the fish in it. Turn to medium heat and fry. During the process, use a spatula to push it. If there is adhesion, separate it.
8.
Fry until the surface is golden, and it can be fished out with a little hardness
9.
Pour out the excess oil, leave a proper amount of oil in the pot, add the peppercorns and sauté
10.
Pour in dried chili, green onion, ginger strips, garlic slices, and sprinkle with a little salt and fry to create a flavor
11.
Then pour in the fried fish pieces, stir fry for a while and turn off the heat
12.
Sprinkle in a spoonful of cooked white sesame seeds and stir-fry to get out of the pan. It can be eaten better than the appetizing spicy fish cubes. It can be hot or cold.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to use a non-stick pan when frying fish, so as to keep the fish pieces intact
2. The amount of chili can be put according to your preference
