Spicy Fish Fillet

First slice the fish off.

Cut the fish into thin slices with a diagonal knife.

Add pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt to the sliced fish fillet. Add a little cornstarch and stir evenly, and finally add a little oil to stir evenly.

Cut parsley into sections, and slice red peppers for later use.

Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and cut the dried pepper into sections. Wash the pepper and set aside.

Put oil in the pan, sauté the ginger slices, add the peppercorns and dry chili segments and fry them to create a fragrance.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and fry out the red oil, add parsley and red pepper and fry slightly.
